With over 13 years of business management experience across diverse industries, Gabriel brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Prior to joining Blocktrade, he worked as the Global Head of Account Management at Bolt, overseeing B2B markets across Europe and Africa. Gabriel's valuable contributions to Blocktrade's operations have been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success.
Oleg's expertise in IT, software development, and management makes him a valuable asset to the Blocktrade team as CTO. With previous leadership roles in several fintech companies, Oleg brings extensive experience to his role at Blocktrade. As CTO, Oleg is responsible for overseeing the technology, IT, and development teams and driving the development of innovative solutions to enhance Blocktrade's platform.
His IT career started in 2008, spanning IT asset management at Symantec, fintech, and gambling. Since 2018, he has been a pivotal figure in tech innovation, playing key roles in blockchain at idCredit and in KYC solutions at GetID. As the Head of Development at Blocktrade, he is responsible for overseeing the IT department and ensuring the timely delivery of products.
Jana has been leading the People function at Blocktrade since 2022. She has extensive experience in building, leading, and developing HR teams and processes gained from working in fintech companies: Admirals, Twilio, and Symantec. Jana helped scaling and growing the People Operations Team at Wise.
In 2022, Martin joined Blocktrade, swiftly becoming the Compliance Head and MLRO. His prior roles in fintech, including Compliance management at 2local and Metacoms. With over 11 years at Blizzard Entertainment, Martin excelled in roles ranging from Social Media to Compliance. His extensive experience in compliance and diverse roles enhances Blocktrade's operational efficiency significantly.
Part of the Blocktrade team since 2022, Romain serves the company as the Head of the Legal department and is also the DPO of the group. With a strong background in IP and IT law at K&L Gate (Chicago, IL, USA), Romain has also developed skills in corporate law, as a Legal Officer at TMF. His experience at Arendt Services (Luxembourg) as a Legal Counsel allowed him to develop his skills in corporate and IT law and mature into a seasoned Legal specialist, fully dedicated to support the Blocktrade team.

He brings extensive experience in growth and product management, having built international payment systems, crypto platforms, and freelance payment platforms for 10 years (Wise, Xolo, Joompay, Change Invest). Roman responsibilities include building the growth loops and finding new revenue streams.
Cviko is leading strategy, growth, and business operations. He has a background in management consulting from the Boston Consulting Group and Microsoft's Customer Transformation team.
