Authorization
CONDA Capital GmbH is authorized as a crowdfunding service provider in accordance with Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSP Regulation) for the commercial provision of services related to the placement of transferable securities without a firm commitment basis and for instruments issued by project sponsors or a special purpose vehicle for crowdfunding purposes, as well as for the acceptance and transmission of client orders concerning transferable securities and instruments approved for crowdfunding purposes (Article 2(1)(a)(ii) ECSP Regulation).
The supervisory authority is the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA), Otto-Wagner-Platz 5, 1090 Vienna (Austria).

Out-of-court dispute resolution

Contractually bound intermediary
CONDA Capital GmbH is a contractually bound intermediary within the meaning of § 3 (2) WpIG and acts exclusively on behalf and under the liability of BMCP GmbH, Munich, when brokering financial instruments in accordance with § 2 (2) No. 3 WpIG. CONDA Capital GmbH is registered with BaFin as a tied agent.
