All communication at IDnow takes place through encrypted channels. Furthermore, IDnow's data centers are located in the European Union to ensure a high level of data protection. Your customer data is securely encrypted and stored on highly available servers in Germany.

On CONDA Capital Market, you will find interest-bearing investments (bonds), company participations (stocks, GmbH shares through SPV), as well as mezzanine investments (participation certificates, subordinated bonds, and convertible bonds). On each project page, you will find, in addition to the company overview, an investment base information sheet containing information about the company, risks, and details about the involved individuals.
We are legally obligated to verify the accuracy, completeness, and comprehensibility of the investment base information sheet. However, we cannot conduct a comprehensive review of the entire company.
Yes, to invest on the CONDA Capital Market, certain minimum requirements must be met. You must be at least 18 years old, have a complete user profile on the platform, and have successfully verified your account.
Additionally, you must be able to understand the risks associated with investing in the offered projects. We assess this during the registration process, ensuring that you only take on risks that you are aware of.
In most cases, transactions between sellers and buyers can be conducted without the need for notarial certification by adhering to the contractual details of their investment. The price is determined through mutual agreement between the buyer and seller. Currently, we do not provide our own secondary market, so investors must independently seek opportunities for selling.

You have the option to fund your wallet via bank transfer or credit card. Your wallet functions as your electronic purse and is provided by Lemonway SAS.
If you have a wallet balance, you can directly pay for your investments through your wallet.
Platform Usability
You can easily access all relevant information about your investments online. Please log in to your investor account on conda-capital.com and go to the 'My Investments' section. There, you will find an overview with detailed information about your completed investments, including current status updates and relevant documents. Our user-friendly platform allows you to efficiently track your investments and stay informed.
After successfully completing the investment process, your pre-contractual withdrawal period of 4 calendar days begins. During this period, you have the opportunity to revoke the investment without stating reasons and without incurring contractual penalties. You can send the revocation by email to widerruf@conda-capital.com senden.
As a consumer, you also have the right to withdraw from the investment contract within fourteen days after the end of the 4-day reconsideration period, without stating reasons.
Within the withdrawal period, the performance of the contract may only begin with the explicit consent of the consumer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, CONDA Capital GmbH, registered in the commercial register of the Commercial Court Vienna under FN 596688 h, with its registered office at Neulinggasse 29/1/14, 1030 Vienna, support@conda-capital.com by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
